Hi guys,

I was checking my comp content when I found this pic, love it. These are german re enactors I belive, wow, check out the uhlans, hussars, line infantry, kurassier etc uniforms and haubes!
I guess this is how those guys must look strotting abt in their colourful dunkelblau, attilas, waffenrock 100 years ago and they must be very proud of their haubes and uniforms.

cheers, cheers.gif

Great pic. Most real pics from that era are black and white, so it's interesting to see in colour what they would of actually looked like. Mark.

Very nice picture!
Like Mark states, it's great to see a colorful picture of what is normally black and white.
Nice background also.

I managed to dig a couple of more coloured pics of re-enactors. But these are feldraus, wearing their wartime uniforms.

By the way, I found this very cool site, original colored WW I pics, very nice pics.

I disagree, since genetically we are differint people now I think we look slightly differint.Although these are comsumate reenactors and nice to look at.I think at best we can say that is the way the dress looked 100 years ago. Thanks for sharing.Scott
