Hi gang,

This guy seems to have very nice stuffs, have been watching him selling wonderful stuffs.

Now he is selling an EM Garde Grendadier regt complete with parade bush, and check out the depot stamps!

But something is puzzling, why the enlarged wappen holes on the shell?? Its as if the wappen has been changed or something.

I agree I think the plate could be new as the enlarged holes dont seem to have smoothed with age .Rob

yes, thats possble. The markings and all are correct tho, perhaps this is a legit haube belonging to the Garde grenadier 2nd batt, and at one point, the original wappen was lost and the owner attached this new wappen, or perhaps, simply the original wappen was lost and the depot gave another new one?? Well, nt all wappens' attachements loops are exactly indetical.

But then again, this is just a theory.
