Hi Jim,

Here is one:

it has the rear spine, too, your lower part of the rear spine is misshapened.

Hope this helps,

This one is even better:

The rear spine is totally intact, it has the rear ventilation, too. But these visors and rear spine might nt be a perfect match due to the helmet sizes.

Both rear spine have depot marks, too, and thats a very welcome bonus.

Btw, are you going to restich the visor yrself?

I am going to try and attach it myself.Do you have any advice other than to be very careful and very patient?

Hi Jim,

So, did you managed to win the visor on ebay?
i wuold suggest to have the haube repaired by a restorer.

Hi mush,

I did win the one for $70.With the original price of the haube, right now I have around $200 invested.I thought about putting a couple of stitches through existing holes for display until I figure out how much further I am going to go with it.

Do you have any idea how much to have both visors restitched and who do you recommend??

Thanks,'
Jim

Hi Jim,

I have no idea abt restiching visors, as for restorer, I would strongly recommended Brian Loree, he lives in Canada tho.

Brian is very good, he repolished my worn out and battered Saxon haube, and I am very satisfied.

Cheers,
Mush
